To ensure our best service quality,
- Select Delivery/Pick up date and time when check out.
- The same-day "free delivery" is currently limited to 20km from the location of the shop.
- The delivery area will be expanded in the future. Please check back regularly for delivery area updates. Shipping costs are $8-$40 per order, free of charge over the minimum amount in the current delivery area as following:
Delivery Zone: 0km-5km. Minimum Amount for Free Delivery: $25
Delivery Zone: 5km-10km. Minimum Amount for Free Delivery: $80
Delivery Zone: 10km-20km. Minimum Amount for Free Delivery: $120
Delivery Zone: 20km-30km. Minimum Amount for Free Delivery: $200
Delivery Zone: 30km-40km. Minimum Amount for Free Delivery: $300
- Store pickup is available for Sydney Metro area.Pickup location: Lot 7/Shop 3, 6 Galloway Street, Mascot, NSW 2020. For best quality, please contact Fishmoments staff before your trip started.
- An email will be sent to you when we receive your order and when your order is ready for delivery/pickup. If you choose store pickup, do not start your trip to our store until receiving our pickup-ready notification email.
- Our delivery time frame is:
Sunday to Munday
Time Slot 1: 9:00am-1:00pm
Time Slot 2: 12:00pm-16:00pm
Time Slot 3: 16:00pm-20:00pm
- About the order cut-off time. We know how important it can be to have delicious, fresh seafood delivered to your door as soon as possible, so we make sure our delivery times are as flexible as possible! Orders before5pm are available for same-day delivery. Orders come after 4pm and 12 am will be planned for next-day delivery.
- You can order from Fishmoments up to 30 daysin advance.

Avoid all delivery fees and schedule a time to pick up your seafood from the shop 3/6 Galloway St, Mascot NSW 2020.
Available in 1-hour time slots 10am-7:30pm on Sunday to Monday.
Delivery Progress & Legals
- We are trying our best to offer you the best quality fresh food, however, we are not permitted to check the receiver’s ID when delivering by law. We only ensure that we deliver to the address provided.
- Fresh food is treated as perishables and all items to be delivered is ATL (Authority to leave). We understand that ATL is not an option for some customers, therefore please ensure there will be somebody at your premises to sign the delivery package.
- Failed deliveries (where ATL is not possible, or incorrect delivery address, or other seasons we cannot deliver your order) will be returned to our store. You must contact to arrange a redelivery request and a redelivery fee may occur.
- While we always strive to ensure on-time delivery, there might be instances when the package may be delivered past the confirmed date. Fishmoments shall not be liable to any person if we decline to supply the product(s) for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to decline orders without disclosing the reason behind that action.
- Please note that the delivery fees quoted on our website are based on the most economical shipment methods, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery fees at any time for your purchase orders should the lowest rate or courier method becomes unable. We are not liable for any losses or delays if we can’t reach you through the phone number or email address you provided when placing the order.
- If the customer received a free gift as part of a promotion and the product or portion of the product is returned for any reason (unless it was a faulty or defective product) the free gift must be returned along with the unwanted product. Free gifts cannot be returned for refund or exchange and have no cash value of their own.
- The liability of Fishmoments for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from one of our products for non-compliance of any of our products or for any other reason shall not in the event exceed the amount equivalent to the price of the product.
- We have the right to change its policy relating to the return and refund of products at any time without notice.
